Our Team

Peggy Crane
Executive Director
It is my passion and pleasure to serve persons with diverse abilities, assisting to remove barriers to paid competitive employment. Careers for Inclusion provides Employment Support Services, but more importantly we provide support and encouragement to individuals on their journey towards greater independence and inclusion in their community resulting in increased self esteem and a higher quality of life. Observing participant growth and achievement is my greatest reward!
I bring to the agency; over 25 years of experience in providing Employment Support Services in Simcoe County. My areas of study include Social/Human Services, Individual and Group Counselling, Addictions and Mental Health, Supported Employment Specialist Certification and Business Development. I enjoy meeting new people at community events and exploring potential work placements for our clients. Building employer partnerships changes the way people with disabilities are perceived and how they are able to contribute. The number of participating employers has grown rapidly over the last several years as awareness of the positive benefits to businesses are experienced. An inclusive workplace is a positive, respectful, and productive workplace! Community partners also share our passion of assisting clients to reach their full potential.

Dustin Gao
Career Development Consultant
I am honoured to be part of the Careers for Inclusion team in assisting individuals to realize and achieve their potential. I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Management with a specialization in Finance. Through the course of my career, I found a fulfillment in assisting others to achieve their goals. This eventually led me to becoming a Career Development Consultant where I am able to assist individuals to identify and overcome barriers through the collaboration of community partners and the support that Careers for Inclusion has to offer. I understand the uncertainty of unemployment, and the struggles that come with it; for this reason, I strive to emulate the same support and an even greater level of compassion which I received in my times of need. Please allow me to be part of your journey in seeking employment, together.
